Made by Takasago Shuzo, Hokkaido. Pleasant aromas of earthy rice and fresh lychee nuts. On the palate, it has a wonderful viscous, creamy texture with hints of lemon peel and sandalwood. The flavors are pure and very long, yet this sake still retains a crispness to the finish. Brewed with water born of pure melted mountain snow on Japan's northernmost island of Hakkaido.
