Akita Prefecture. Slight tangerines in the nose, bolstered by a bit of acid. Reasonably dry but with a fairly rich rice-like flavor, but clean and tight overall as well. Long tail with pleasantly pervading richness to it.

Gently sweet nose reminiscent of grapes. Dry approach to the palate, but softens quickly with a wonderfully absorbing flavor comprised of a grainy feel and rice-like richness.

Extremely lively but focused nose of pears and apples. Light, smooth and soft overall with a wonderful suffusing richness. Light cinnamon-like fragrance arises from palate. Quick, clean tail.
